How to connect your John Deere account

Create a connection to John Deere: 

• Navigate to Connections page

• If you want to connect to John Deere machines, then click Connect button in John Deere block

• You will be redirected to John Deere login page https://signin.johndeere.com/

• Enter your John Deere username and click Next

• Now enter your John Deere Password and click Sign In

• After you have entered your username and password you should see a similar page as shown below. This will give you an overview of permissions you can share with your eAgronom account. Press “Allow Access” to continue

• You are redirected back to eAgronom Connections page. If connection was established you will see the green “Connected” status.

• You will also see all the machines in the table below which came from that connection and are displayed on the map as well

  
  

  
  
  

• There you are able to change machine name, type and toggle is it is visible on the map or not

• If you are seeing “Waiting for authorization” status

• Then click on the “Authorize” button

  
  

• You will be redirected to John Deere Operations and should see a view similar to to the one below

• You need to select your organization from the drop down (1)

• Then press on the button below, so it becomes green (2)

Then press “Save” and you will be redirected to back to eAgronom

To view you machine location and data:

• Navigate to Machines->Map page
